Job Description - Assembly Operative - Pipes

We are looking for an Assembly Operative with experience of metalwork or pipework to join our client in Buckinghamshire.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work on a variety of manufacturing operations—from cutting and bending pipes to hand fitting, polishing, and quality inspection—to ensure every product meets our high standards.
?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Use program cards to cut pipes with electric saws
  • Operate and set pipe bending machines
  • Hand fit pipes using form blocks and measuring equipment
  • Perform inspections and issue quality certificates
  • Maintain and recalibrate tools and equipment
? What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with deburring and metal polishing would be ideal
  • Assembly experience preferred
  • Metalwork/ Pipework knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A solid manufacturing or engineering background
