About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a number of Assembly Operators to join a busy manufacturing company based in St Neots. Immediate starts are available for suitable candidates.

The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts and components to a high standard, carrying out quality checks, and working as part of a team to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately assemble mechanical parts and components in accordance with specifications and instructions.
Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet the required standards.
Use hand tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised working environment.
Follow all company health and safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Report any quality issues, defects, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to confidently use basic hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
