Friday 07:00-12:00

The Role
As an Assembly Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of the production facility. You will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
" Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothly
" Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support
" Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
" Monitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materials
" Assist with problem-solving and drive continuous improvements
" Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

What We're Looking For
" Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
" Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable
" Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
" Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality control procedures
" Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
