The position:

As the Assembly Technician, you will be supporting daily production tasks, focusing on mechanical assembly work that demands focus, care, and consistency. Full training is provided, and you’ll be part of a friendly and knowledgeable team where high standards are part of the culture.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assembling mechanical parts and components using tools and technical guidelines
• Checking for quality issues and ensuring parts meet required standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving basic build issues
• Taking part in process improvements and contributing to a tidy, efficient workspace
• Supporting colleagues and helping build team knowledge

What you’ll need:

• A good eye for detail and steady hands for intricate work
• Confidence working with tools and mechanical parts
• The ability to follow technical drawings or instructions
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support others
• Basic computer skills and a team-oriented mindset

What is on offer:

• Salary of £24,500 - £26,000 DOE
