Salary: £27,000 basic + 10% shift allowance
Shifts: Rotating AM/PM Shifts

TN Talent Recruitment are working with a well-established, global manufacturing company looking to recruit Assembly Operatives to join their growing production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production or assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work, has a good eye for detail and is looking for a secure, long-term position.

You'll be joining a modern manufacturing environment where quality is key, with full training, ongoing development and genuine opportunities to progress.

The Role

As an Assembly Operative, you'll be working with precision-engineered components, ensuring products are assembled accurately and to the highest quality standards.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Assembling small, precision components using hand tools and specialist equipment.

*

Following work instructions, technical drawings and assembly procedures.

*

Operating production machinery and equipment.

*

Carrying out quality checks and inspecting finished products.

*

Completing basic production paperwork and recording information accurately.

*

Supporting different areas of production as required.

*

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

*

Working closely with colleagues to achieve production and quality targets.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, engineering or production.

*

Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small components.

*

Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

*

The ability to follow instructions and work accurately.

*

Some experience using hand tools or production machinery.

*

A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

*

The flexibility to work rotating AM/PM shifts.

Experience within precision assembly or engineering manufacturing would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
