Position: Assessment Officer

Location: ON-SITE, London, UK

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Depending on experience and qualification)

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

VCAD is seeking a Assessment officer to join our London campus.

Job Summary:

The Assessment Officer is responsible for the efficient coordination and administration of all aspects of the Assessment process within VCAD. This includes managing Assessment schedules, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with partners' Assessment regulations and policies, and providing support to candidates throughout the Assessment period.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment Planning and Coordination:

Develop and implement detailed Assessment schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources. Coordinate Assessment logistics, including the distribution of Assessment materials.

Policy Compliance:

Stay updated on partners` examination/Assessment policies and guidelines to ensure compliance. Implement and communicate Assessment policies and procedures.

Student Support:

Provide information and support to candidates regarding examination/ Assessment processes. Handle inquiries and concerns related to examinations/Assessment promptly and professionally.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of examination/ Assessment -related information, including candidate details, results, and feedback. Generate reports as required for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate Assessment activities. Liaise with external Assessment boards, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to external regulations and policies.

Technology Utilization:

Utilize examination/Assessment management systems and software for scheduling and result processing. Ensure the security and confidentiality of examination/Assessment -related data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in a relevant field).
  • Previous experience in examination administration or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using examination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
