Are you passionate about workplace safety and keen to support meaningful experiences for young people? Join LEBC as a Health, Safety & Welfare Assessor, where you'll play a vital role in preparing businesses to offer safe, engaging work experience placements.
This is more than just an assessment role - it's a chance to build long-term relationships with employers, enhance their understanding of workplace safety, and help create new pathways for students and apprentices across the region.
What You'll Be Doing as a Health, Safety & Welfare Assessor:
The post holder will be home based with daily travel to businesses across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. On occasion there may be a requirement to attend meetings and training further afield in the East Midlands. Expenses will be paid in accordance with LEBC guidelines.
The nature of the work may occasionally involve the postholder carrying duties outside of normal working hours. Overtime working is paid as time off in lieu.
The postholder may be required to attend, from time to time, training courses, conferences, seminars or other meetings as required by his/her own training needs and the needs of the company.
