Asset Analyst – Play a Key Role in the Future of Energy
Location: Horley, Surrey | Full-time | up to £26k plus benefits

Are you organised, analytical, and looking to make an impact in a growing sector? Our client is seeking an Asset Analyst to help manage and maintain critical data that underpins our expanding portfolio of gas and electricity networks – including support for EV charging infrastructure.

As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll ensure our asset and meter data is 100% accurate and up to date, helping to maximise revenue and deliver first-class service to our customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and reconcile meter and network asset data to ensure accuracy.
  • Support asset tracking, recovery, and inclusion in billing systems.
  • Respond to customer queries and ensure service SLAs are consistently met.
  • Assist with KPI reporting and continuous data quality improvements.
  • Participate in regular training to build your skills and expertise.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong problem-solving and data management abilities.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using internal systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal.
