About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asset and Estate Manager to oversee our estate, facilities, fleet, and assets. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional learning environments for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement estate management strategies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations
• Drive sustainability initiatives for eco-friendly learning spaces
• Oversee capital projects, refurbishments, and maintenance
• Manage assets, including vehicle fleet and ICT systems
• Act as the first point of contact for all estate-related matters

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estate management
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and statutory regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
