Looking to ensure that project information is accurate, compliant, accessible and aligned with industry best practice. This role is ideal for professionals from information management, BIM, digital construction, document control, design management or asset compliance backgrounds looking to make a meaningful impact.
Description
Develop and maintain asset information systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with internal teams to establish data standards and reporting procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for property data management. Analyse asset data to identify trends and support strategic planning. Provide training and support to staff on the use of asset information systems. Manage data integration processes across various platforms and systems. Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary. Work closely with stakeholders to address data-related queries and challenges.Profile
A successful Asset Information Manager should have:
Essential Experience
Experience within digital construction, information management, design management, document control or asset information environments. Hands-on experience working with a Common Data Environment (CDE). Good understanding of ISO 19650 principles and information management processes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience monitoring compliance, producing reports and managing corrective actions. Ability to influence and support operational teams in a live project environment.
Desirable Experience
Experience within social housing, property services, refurbishment or regulated environments. Understanding of the Building Safety Act and Golden Thread requirements. Qualifications in construction, engineering, BIM, information management or related disciplines. ISO 19650, BIM Coordination, Information Management or CDE Administration certifications. Previous experience delivering training and coaching stakeholders.
