Description

As the Asset Management Client Skills and Technology Training Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing and designing a suite of training programs. You will contribute to the prioritization and execution of strategic business initiatives, and play a key role in upskilling professionals to best serve our clients and maximize the value of our technology solutions. The team covers nearly all areas of Asset Management, with a focus on Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, and Client Service teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans and timelines, coordinate logistics, and measure the success of training initiatives to drive the implementation of our Asset Management Training Strategy.
  • Design training programs on proprietary technology platforms, ensuring employees are confident and proficient in using these tools.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with regional and global team members and managers, seeking ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business practices.
  • Communicate effectively with partners regionally and globally to understand initiatives and drive next steps, always aiming to build scalable, consistent processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design engaging training content, assessments, and workshops, ensuring content builds on foundational programs and bridges to advanced learning.
  • Coordinate agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for internal forums (e.g., management meetings).

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Passion for innovation, productivity, process improvement, and helping others grow.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to synthesize information and formulate clear, compelling presentations for Senior Management.
  • Strong work ethic; self-starter with a creative, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with video and virtual meeting technology.
  • Interest in delivering technology training or onboarding for proprietary platforms, ideally in a financial services or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort with hands-on demonstrations, troubleshooting, and supporting users in real time.
  • Not required, but preferred: experience with Tableau and Large Language Models (LLMs).

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Regional Travel up to 10%
