Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Asset Manager looking for an extremely varied role where you will work on exciting, bespoke projects and be supported to progress by a Market Leading organisation.

Do you have a background in civil or structural engineering? Do you have experience in managing the integrity of civil/structural infrastructure?

This well-established, reputable company have multiple sites across the UK and are widely regarded as a leading brand. Over the last few years, the business has thrived and due to the continued growth plans, this market leader is looking for an ambitious Asset Manager to help manage all civil assets across a vast site.

In this role you will be responsible for the civil assets across multiple sites scattered over the UK. You will be responsible for the asset investment plans through understanding the asset condition. It will be your responsibility to ensure all policies and legal requirements are in place.

This role would suit a candidate with previous experience in asset management and a strong background in Civil/Infrastructure works. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who offer a long term career whilst working in a technically challenging environment.

THE ROLE:

• Responsible for the Civil Assets across the sites- Buildings, Roads, Bridges etc
• Responsible for the asset investment plans for the sites
• Working across a large Southampton site
• £65,000- £70,000 + Excellent Training + Progression + 25 days holiday + Benefits

THE PERSON:

• Background in Asset Management or familiar with Asset integrity
• Background in either Civil, Structural Engineering or Construction
• Lives local or willing to commute to Southampton
