About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Asset Manager for a housing provider in Northamptonshire.

Accountabilities
Deliver major projects, special projects, refurbishments and adaptations
Lead on the delivery of investment and asset management programmes
Management of technical staff including contracts managers and quantity surveyors
Work on a wide range of estate development and construction projects
Responsible for monitoring project performance
Engage with stakeholders
Management of budgets

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in housing
Experience delivering major works, investment and estate development schemes
Managerial experience
Preferably qualified in a relevant subject
