The role & what you take care of:
As an Asset Officer at Magna Housing, you will play a crucial role in service provision, delivering excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with our customers, customer contact centre, delivery team, and contractors to ensure aftercare matters are rectified within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal colleagues to resolve aftercare matters in Magna's homes.
Coordinate and provide regular updates, advice, and guidance to customers and internal teams.
Build strong relationships to ensure timely resolution of issues, while auditing, monitoring, and reporting on the aftercare process.
Continuously strive to improve the customer experience.
Check on the progress of defects and snags with contracting partners to ensure satisfactory completion within service level agreements.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Experience and Technical Knowledge: Background in construction with a relevant technical qualification.
Regulatory Understanding: Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC technical standards.
Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm in challenging situations.
Systems Proficiency: Experience working with various systems and the ability to develop them further.
Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends and recommend solutions by reviewing performance, commitment, and product failure data.
Current driving license and the ability to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
