Search Consultancy are looking to recruit for a dedicated Assistant Accountant to work for an organisation reporting directly to the Finance Director. This will be a full time role, working on-site Monday to Friday. If you are passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to a dynamic company, we want to hear from you!

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for preparing reports and managing monthly accounts, supporting with accruals, processing invoices and reconciling bank statements. You will also engage in projects and managing the mailbox.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent. (Admirable)
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work towards tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage or an accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

This role offers a permanent contract working full time on a salary up to £30,000. This will include 33 days holidays including bank holidays and a chance to work with a supportive and collaborative environment.
