Assistant Accountant

A Mid-Tier Accountancy Practice are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Creative Industries department.

This role will see you working alongside clients in the creative industries sector; including Film, TV, Theatre, Gaming and Animation.

The role will suit someone with 1-2 years experience working in practice. You should already be working towards your AAT/ ACCA qualification.

The firm will offer full study support towards your qualification. They also offer hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 from home.

Only candidates currently working in practice will be considered for this opportunity.

Duties include:

• Preparation of financial statements from client trial balance or books of prime entry
• Liaising directly with clients to obtain missing information at the outset of a job
• Answering client queries on entertainment client issues
• Collaborate with all Creative industries tax department staff
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
