Are you an ambitious and hardworking Assistant Accountant ready to settle into a new role where you will be able to thrive and develop your knowledge and skills further? Then this is the perfect role for you!

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers up to trial balance level

- Checking purchase invoices received and processing cheque and BACs supplier payments

- Reconciling daily receipts and ensuring they match payments which have been banked

- Completing daily bank reconciliations and investigating any anomalies that occur

- Processing intercompany transactions and completing group ledger reconciliations

- Calculating and preparing VAT returns and processing online HMRC payments
