Job Description - Assistant Accountant

**Assistant Accountant - £45,000 | Uxbridge (On-site, 5 days)**

We're supporting a fast-growing global business to hire a permanent **Assistant Accountant**, based full-time in Uxbridge.

You'll support the month-end close, assist with reporting, reconciliations, and help improve finance processes. It's an ideal role for someone part-qualified (or QBE) with ambitions to grow their finance career in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with management accounts, journals and VAT returns
- Post accruals and prepayments
- Bank recs, intercompany transactions, and internal controls

**You'll need:**
- 2+ years in finance
- AAT / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills and great attention to detail
