Assistant Accountant

Your new company
This extremely successful company, a leader across the UK and Europe, now requires an additional Assistant Accountant to join a successful division due to ongoing growth and internal promotion.

Your new role
Reporting to the Company Accountant, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of weekly/monthly accounts, costing reports, weekly journals, preparing relevant reports and analysis including KPI Reports, balance sheet reconciliation plus other ad hoc projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a qualification or part qualification such as IATI, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. Alternatively, you will be qualified by significant experience in a similar Accounting position. You will need excellent IT skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills with ability to plan workloads effectively and to meet deadlines is essential.
