Description

• Assist with preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
• Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents with precision.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and procedures within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Qualifications or training in Accounting & Finance.
