Job

The role of Assistant Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Preparation and dispatch of invoices using Sage Intacct, informed by details from Hubspot (CRM)
• Management of customer and supplier accounts on Sage Intacct
• Weekly review of invoice accuracy with the CFO
• Management of outstanding debts and payments, ensuring timely follow-ups
• Administration of credit checks and bank reconciliations
• Maintenance of digital filing systems for invoices
• Monitoring and managing internal employee expense systems
• Undertaking additional duties as required to support the Finance team

You

As an Assistant Accountant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Bookkeeping qualification or a numerate subject, or qualified by experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar finance role
• Demonstrable initiative and self-motivation
• Strong accounting and Excel skills
• Adept at using finance systems and generating reports
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
• Experience with Sage Intacct (ERP) is highly desirable
• Eligibility for security clearance requiring 5 years of UK residency and history
