Assistant Management Accountant – Hybrid Working – Study Support Available

Location: Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary: Up to £29,000 + Bonus + Study Support

Join a dynamic organisation providing critical services to a global client base in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. The finance team is growing, and they’re now looking for a driven individual to join their hybrid finance function—where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the month-end process up to trial balance level
• Handling journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Assisting with group-level month-end reporting and year-end audits
• Engaging in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Partnering with operational teams (project managers, billing, HR) to support decision-making
• Playing a key role in both strategic and operational finance activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of AAT qualification (level 4 preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a finance role with exposure to month-end processes
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
• Eager to learn, progress, and gain further qualifications (ACCA or CIMA)
• Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
