The Company
HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be partnered with an expanding group, with several locations opened across the Northern Ireland they are having an incredible run and are now looking to expand their team in their Mullusk based office.
If you are an accounts assistant/ assistant accountant with an interest in the energy sector, this is a great first step. It is a small and intimate team where you can gain huge exposure into all areas of accounts.
It is an onsite role based in their Mullusk office; parking is available on site.

What You’ll get

What You’ll do
Reconciliation of bank statements.
Reconciliation of balance sheets.
Handling the preparation of VAT returns.
Managing and submitting CIS returns.
Supporting in assessing contract performance for management reporting.
Analysing and recording employee expenses.
Contributing to the preparation of year-end audit files.
Carrying out various administrative tasks.
Fulfilling any additional duties as directed by management.

What You’ll Need
Experience as a mid-level transactional accounts candidate, finance assistant, accounts assistant etc
Experience preparing month end accounts/ taking the accounts to trial balance.
Exposure to accountancy systems
