Assistant Accountant – FP&A - Kingston, Surrey - £42,000

A highly successful, growing business based in Kingston, Surrey are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team. You will closely with the Finance Director and the wider business to ensure accurate budgeting. Forecasting and insightful reporting to ensure informed financial decision making is possible.

Please note – this role offers hybrid working – two days per week in the office and three at home.

As the FP&A Accountant you will manage the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasting, assist with monthly management accounts and provide variance analysis and deliver insightful commentary on financial performance. You will work with business partners to gather data and provide insight and will develop KPI reports and dashboards.

To be suitable for this role you will have a good understanding of FP&A and possess circa two years experience in a commercial finance role. You will have strong Excel skills, great attention to detail and possess high levels of accuracy. ACCA, AAT or CIMA qualification would be advantageous, although not essential.

The salary on offer for this role is £42,000 plus benefits.
