Assistant Accountant - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audit documentation
• Perform intercompany reconciliations
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations
• Review supplier payment runs for accuracy and completeness
• Process employee expenses and general journals
• Manage and maintain the cash book

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: A flexible and collaborative attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Communicator: Strong communication skills
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
