This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and modern accountancy practice in Eastbourne, where you’ll play a key role in delivering audits and mentoring junior team members - all while building trusted relationships with a wide range of exciting new clients

Duties

• Managing audits from planning through to completion
• Leading and supporting a small audit team, reviewing work and providing guidance
• Building strong client relationships and being a trusted point of contact
• Delivering clear, well-structured audit reports with actionable insights
• Spotting process improvements and helping to shape how things are done
• Staying up to date with audit regulations and managing risk
