Package

• £33,000 salary
• £3,500 tronc

What's involved?
As Assistant Bar Manager, you will be the face of the hotel's bar, lounge, and outdoor terrace areas. You'll oversee a team of 10 to ensure they are well-trained, supported, and able to deliver the very best customer service at all times.
You will have creative input into cocktail and beverage menus, and will constantly strive to improve the bar offering.
You will work 5 days out of 7, predominantly working late shifts.
