As the new Assistant Bar Manager, you will work 42 hours a week in our Edinburgh store.

About the role

As a Assistant Bar Manager, you will be helping prepare beverage for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
Assist the bar operations team to ensure both customer and employee satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
To ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
To work closely with senior management in developing the overall dynamic in the bar team
