Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am - 6:00pm (with a day off in lieu)

The Role
As Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager with the daily operations and success of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:

Generating property valuations and securing new instructions

Conducting property viewings with potential buyers

Negotiating and progressing sales

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues with training and development

Assisting in the overall performance management of the branch

Contributing to creative marketing initiatives and campaigns

Using modern technology to drive efficiency and service improvements

About You
We're looking for someone who is dynamic, forward-thinking, and passionate about property. To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous estate agency experience, ideally in a senior sales or valuation capacity

A strong understanding of the local property market (preferred)

A proven track record of securing business and closing deals

Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, can-do attitude with a flair for marketing and business development

Confidence using technology in a modern estate agency setting

A full UK driving licence
