Job Description - Assistant Branch Manager Finchley

Assistant Branch Manager – Estate Agent
Location: Finchley
Basic Salary: £27,000 | OTE: £40,000 – £45,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Company Car or Car Allowance + Career Progression
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support the leadership of a successful residential sales team in Finchley. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer who’s ready to take the next step into management with a nationally recognised and long-established estate agency brand.
You'll be joining a supportive team and working closely with a highly experienced Area Manager – offering the perfect platform to develop your skills, grow market share, and build your career.

  • Lead and motivate your branch team to deliver results
  • Run a profitable, efficient, and professional office
  • Drive new business – securing valuations, instructions, and sales
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Support and develop new team members through training and mentoring
  • Work closely with internal partners for mortgage referrals and more
?? What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Confident in generating new business in a target-driven setting
  • Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills
  • Resilient, driven, and detail-oriented
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • IT-literate (MS Office, CRM systems)
