Assistant Brand Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager Marketing to join a dynamic marketing team in the heart of the FMCG world!

This individual will be responsible for developing and managing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive brand awareness and support with retail marketing initiatives. You will lead all social and public relations for a number of fast-growing brand portfolios.

Key Duties:

• Develop and execute brand plans and campaigns across in-store and online channels within various EU markets
• Collaborate and support sales initiatives and executions across core brand and product retailer initiatives and advertising strategy
• Coordinate planning & execution of digital, PR, and social marketing communication, programming and events through internal marketing department and agency partners
• Assist in the development of launch plans for new product innovation, new product consumer positioning and business strategy around strategic retail and in-market initiatives
• Manage all social platforms and successful partnership with external agencies
• Attending events and trade show activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising etc.
• 3+ years' brand management or marketing experience
• Fluent in both German and English
• A passion for brand management and the FMCG industry
• Knowledge & hands on experience of social media
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and project management skills
