A bit about the role.
Sitting in the marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Manager – Food & Brand Development, we’re looking for an energetic & proactive Assistant Brand Manager to join our talented & passionate team ready to take Côte to the next level. Our brand team are responsible for the whole marketing mix and this role will take a lead role in the planning, executing, and closing of projects in an interesting & past paced industry. This role requires advanced organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Where?
This role is support office based at 47c, Kensington Court, London, W8 5DA and hybrid working is a standard practice within the Côte Support Office.
Some of the day-to-day.
Take a lead role in the print menu and POS development processes, managing timelines across the marketing team and third parties to make sure all milestones and deadlines are met
Brand lead on organising photoshoots, making sure we’re utilising the time & budget in the most efficient way across the team
Own our menu proofing process, from briefing to proofing meetings and delivery, ensuring menus are delivered on time with no mistakes where possible
Support our refurb programme by developing POS, researching and organising projects which will elevate the guest experience alongside the Marketing Managers.
Own the print relationship, improving techniques, timings and distribution, ensuring our print lists are up to date and our restaurants get what they need in deliveries
Scope cost-saving efficiencies in projects, especially linked to print and distribution to make sure we are optimising spend
Uncover innovations in print to improve operational effectiveness and enhance the guest journey
Stock management across all lines within the business so that restaurants have continuous service and waste is at a minimum
Own the weekly communications cascade to our restaurant teams to ensure everyone is informed on time and with all the tools needed
Support the implementation of all marketing activity, including in-restaurant experience for guests and team
Work alongside the Marketing Manager – Food & Brand Development to optimise the in-restaurant guest experience across all key brand pillars
Support the Brand Manager – Campaigns in executing bigger campaigns where appropriate, taking responsibility for ensuring artwork timelines are on track & briefing all functions ready for go-live
Help manage campaign timelines across the wider marketing team
