Job DescriptionABOUT DÉESSE PROThe Déesse PRO LED Light Therapy brand is one of the most coveted and luxury positioned LED and wellness tech brands in the world with it being the A list go to brand of choice and used by clinical, holistic & aesthetic practitioners globally to treat skin concerns and optimise treatment outcomes, as well as being the aspirational brand of choice within the consumer market.POSITION SUMMARYThis role requires an exceptionally dynamic digital & social first individual who will be responsible for deploying the global brand & campaign plans for the Déesse PRO light therapy brand. You will assist in the deployment of communications & activations to support this brands success in all 4 corners of the world, both online & offline. Working closely with all stakeholders our trade & consumer channels, this high energy role will excel in co-ordinating and delivering a progressive roll out of brand presence for this pioneering brand. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESGLOBAL BRAND MANAGEMENTDefine & briefing content for brand materials for all channels on continual basis to create, develop to drive presence and sales in line with plansSupport GBM with co-ordinating PR, Digital, E-Commerce and Content Teams to ensure the cohesion of campaign messages and visuals for all brand projects.Shape & finalise clear marketing toolkits to excite the business on the new launch/campaigns providing channels with a complete kit to flawlessly execute Upkeep the brand folder & channel tool kits with design/content team supportEnsure PR highlights are logged and seamlessly integrated into brand messaging and activity on continual basis.

Ensure competitor insight, merchandising, promotional and asset best practice are reviewed continually and fed back to head of brand /marketing directorEnsure case studies, testimonies are collated and documented to utilise across commsSupport NPD launches & POS developmentDrive presentations and update materials that inspire & inform all stakeholderBRAND ACTIVATIONWork closely with Global brand manager to deploy 360-degree marketing campaigns, complete with brand asset tool kits. Ensure all brand partnerships, sponsorships & events are deployed to best practice to uphold positioning and brand identity Supervise bringing brand to life across digital platforms ( DTC Consumer & Trade comms) in line with weekly & monthly planStakeholder Newsletter creation with all parties for monthly deployment SOCIAL, INFLUENCER & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENTProficient in managing social media for a global brand : content creation, publishing , setting KPIs, social listening & community building as global authority to our partnersEnsuring all events & brand activations are featured within our social plan Ensure our Social media & Tik Tok deployment is on brand & published to planBuild global database of influencers, partnerships and communities and identify ways of building brand profile in association with Head of brand
