Assistant Brand Manager QMS

• Supporting the Senior Brand Manager to deliver growth plans across our Soup and Quick & Easy Meals portfolio


• Taking ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of Batchelors Smash


• Monitoring brand, category and competitor performance, turning data and insights into clear recommendations


• Supporting the development and execution of annual brand plans, campaigns and commercial initiatives


• Leading allocated innovation and renovation projects from initial concept through to launch


• Managing packaging changes, artwork development and product updates through the Stage & Gate process


• Delivering consumer and shopper activation programmes across key channels, on time and within budget


• Building strong relationships across Sales, Category, Insights, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain


• Identifying emerging consumer trends and new opportunities to strengthen brand performance and drive profitable growth.

What we need from you?

You’ll be a proactive and results-focused marketer who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively and turning insight into action.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within FMCG


• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop clear actions


• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across a range of functions


• A results-orientated mindset, with experience of taking ownership and delivering measurable outcomes


• Graduate-level capability or equivalent relevant experience
