Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

As Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of financial decision-making. The role of the Assistant Finance Business Partner

• Work closely with the Senior Finance Partner to develop budgets, forecasts and financial plans
• Partner with non-finance teams to improve financial understanding and compliance
• Contribute to the success of strategic initiatives through data-driven insights
• Support the Senior Finance Partner in completion of month end reporting requirements
• Provision of data for the annual audit process
• Complete weekly departments KPI report

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Finance Business Partner

• CIMA / ACCA / ACA part qualified / AAT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a keen eye for detail
