Are you ready to take the next step in your buying career? We're working on behalf of a successful and fast-paced fashion business to find a passionate and driven Assistant Buyer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working across textiles and accessories, with exposure to both branded and own-label products.

This role will ensuring product launches are delivered on time and to spec, while supporting the wider team with buying strategy, supplier communication, and range planning.

Critical Path Management

• Track and progress samples, spec files, approvals, and photography
• Proactively identify and resolve any delays across the supply chain

Supplier & Product Development Support

• Support the buyer with costings, quote sheets, and communication with suppliers
• Collate product information including photos and pricing
• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with suppliers
• Stay on top of competitor activity with regular comp shops and market reports

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a buying or merchandising support role

Strong commercial awareness and a good eye for product

Great communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers
