Whether you're a Senior BAA ready to step up, or a current Assistant Buyer looking to accelerate your career in a new, fast-paced environment, this is your chance to get stuck into the full buying cycle with excellent exposure and mentorship from a seasoned Buyer.

• Passionate about ladies' fashion and commercially switched on
• Confident managing the critical path
• Solutions-focused, offering ideas to the Senior Buyer, Merchandisers, and Suppliers if challenges arise
• Involved in sourcing, initial sample requests, and the full costing process
• Preparing and managing the departmental range plan in the lead-up to sign-offs
• Working hand-in-hand with Merchandising on trade reports, delivery schedules, and critical paths
• Presenting Monday Trade with your Buyer to Senior Management
• Supporting POS and campaign activity across your category
• Regularly attending range builds, sign-off meetings, and shopping trips to spot newness
• Meeting with suppliers to develop standout new products
• Prep samples and shot lists ready for ecom teams
• Partnering with Web & Trading teams to ensure new lines are launched effectively online
• Joining weekly fit sessions alongside the Garment Tech and BAA
