An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Buyer with Residential experience to join an award winning house developer who pride themselves on building quality bespoke developments in the Midlands.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant buyer or Buyer who has residential experience looking to join a High Quality Developer where you will be trained and development to progress your career.

In the role you will be working on multiple live and upcoming developments. You will be responsible for creating a bulk schedule for upcoming sites, obtaining prices and negotiating with suppliers, dealing with site requisitions, producing main contractor orders, working to deadlines and budgets. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of materials to sites.

The ideal candidate will have a buying experience within a residential housebuilder looking to join a thriving company who offer progression opportunities with a great salary and bonus.

The role:
* Material buying for residential developments
* Liaising with suppliers and sites to ensure swift delivery of materials to sites
* Picking up changes/ variations to plan
* Working deadline and budgets

The person:
* Assistant Buyer or Intermediate Buyer
* Experience in the Residential/ housing sector
* Excellent verbal and written communicator
* Looking for career progression
* Full UK Drivers license
