We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who takes pride in their work and understands the important role that a safe, clean and well maintained environment plays in supporting our pupils' learning and wellbeing.

You will work as part of our Site Team, you will assist in the day to day maintenance, cleaning, security and operation of our school buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the maintenance, and upkeep of school buildings and ground.
• Assisting contractors working on site.
• Carrying out cleaning and porterage duties.
• Responding to minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Reporting Health and Safety concerns and helping maintain a safe environment.
• Assisting with site security, unlocking and locking procedures.
• Carry out building and health and safety compliance checks and reporting including testing of emergency systems.
   

What We Offer:

• Permanent, all year-round contract.
• Hours 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 6:00pm during Term Time.  During School Holidays hours can be compressed into longer days to provide greater flexibility subject to agreement and school needs.
• Grade 3 Scale Point 7 £25,614 per annum (this will be pro rata for part time hours).
• 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
