Assistant Centre Manager Needed in Southport

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
• Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 basic + bonus scheme

Our client, a rapidly expanding national automotive service provider, is seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and commercially driven Assistant Centre Manager to support the daily operations of their Southport branch. Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Centre Manager:

• Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day depot operations
• Support technicians in the workshop when required
• Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets
• Mentor and coach the team to ensure high standards of performance
• Maintain optimal stock levels and operational efficiency
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and operational procedures

Requirements for an Assistant Centre Manager:

• Technical or mechanical background with the ability to assist in the workshop
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive performance
• Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Full UK driving licence
• Good knowledge of the automotive industry and Health & Safety requirements
