Pre-litigation File Handling Assistant ! You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our pre-lit casualty claims handling teams."

Key Accountabilities
To pro-actively assist the pre-lit teams with a variety of tasks including:
Monitoring MOJ Portal
Monitoring inboxes
Maintaining, reviewing and actioning spreadsheets
Completing new claim actions
Actioning CRU post and ownership of CRU tasks
Completing chaser tasks on files to support the claims handlers via telephone and email
Raising low value payments
Assisting with training as and when required
Onboarding run-off work on various projects
Undertaking appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader/DBUD
Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system
Comply with set client SLA’s
Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard

Working Hours
Enjoy a 35-hour workweek over 5 days, with the option to work from home 4 days a week

Essential Skills and Attributes:
We’re seeking someone with 12 months of relevant admin or claims support experience.
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel are essential.
Your ability to manage volume workloads and provide exceptional client care will make you a valuable asset to our team.
