Our client is a renowned industry leader for feet, hands, and legs treatments and products sold in luxury clinics, top spas, and prestigious retailers. We are currently seeking an assistant clinic manager to both run the reception and clinic.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations and assisting with the day-to-day running of our clinics. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to enhance their skillset within the setting of an award-winning luxury brand.
Please be aware that even though this is a managerial position, you would still be expected to work on the front desk as part of your duties. This is very much a patient facing role
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all staff including front of house, clinicians and beauty therapist
* Warmly greet clients and notify assigned beauty therapist/podiatrist of their arrival
* Welcome walk-ins, address inquiries about services, and schedule appointments based on availability
* Handle appointment bookings and upselling, both via phone and email
* Input staff rotas into the booking system
* Update client details on our client's booking system, including telephone numbers, email addresses, and payment information
* Assist with stock control and support
* Provide assistance with end-of-day procedures
* Support Clinic Managers with various tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Front of House or reception duties
* Ability to work efficiently and be self-motivated
* A quick learner with a desire to develop skills and progress within the company
* Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook and Word, along with experience in appointment booking systems
* Positive 'can-do' attitude and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Excellent phone etiquette and fluency in both written and spoken English

This is a full-time position requiring five days of work per week, including at least one day on the weekend.
