We’re partnering with a long-established, family-run main contractor that’s expanding—and they’re on the lookout for someone driven, organised, and ready to grow into a full Contracts or Project Manager role.

Your Day-to-Day You’ll support the end-to-end delivery of high-spec refurbishment projects across London. Working closely with your Contracts Manager, Site Manager, and QS team, you’ll help manage site coordination, subcontractors, timelines, quality, and cost control. This is a client-facing role where you’ll learn by doing—and be trusted with responsibility early.

Who They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in construction project delivery
• Ideally with a main contractor or residential specialist
• Comfortable working under JCT contracts (especially D&B)
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing subcontractors and client expectations
• Degree or HNC in Construction Management or similar (preferred)
