CRA Legal is partnering with a prominent law firm in South Yorkshire. Our client is a well-established brand known for offering a wide array of legal services for both businesses and individuals. Due to a growing caseload in their residential conveyancing department, the firm is seeking an experienced professional with a background in residential property to work alongside a partner and a team of solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:Managing client communications through various channels, including phone, email, SMS, and post. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as Estate Agents, Solicitors, Landlords, and Mortgage Lenders. Handling proof of funding matters. Preparing and processing legal documents and correspondence. Taking client instructions and providing legal guidance. Reviewing surveying requirements and offering advice to clients. Preparing and managing mortgage deeds and related requirements. Reviewing sale and purchase documentation. Conducting initial and final file checks to ensure compliance and completion. Drafting and preparing contracts. Reviewing receipts and client responses. Collaborating with fee earners on final approvals.
