Assistant Credit Controller

CMA is pleased to be working with a growing professional services company who are a specialist in their field. They are looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The role will provide the opportunity to the successful candidate to get a strong grounding in a credit control role and develop.

What will the Credit Control Assistant role involve?

• Speaking with clients on a regular basis via telephone and email chasing overdue debt;
• Allocating payments;
• Reconciling clients records and ensuring integrity of data;
• Raising sales invoices and ensuring all details are correct;
• Resolving queries both internally and externally;
• General administration duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control Assistant vacancy:

• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking on the telephone;
• Experience of using Microsoft Office;
• Good attention to detail.
