Assistant Digital Manager

The Assistant Digital Manager will work alongside a diverse team committed to pushing boundaries. The role is reporting to a Trading Manager, you will play a key role in executing campaign, brand, and promotional strategies. Collaborate closely with digital marketing, commercial, and optimisation teams to drive actions that enhance conversion rates and KPI's

The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Digital Managerrole:

• Execute the day-to-day trading of assigned websites, working closely with the Trading Manager to deliver on key objectives.
• Manage comprehensive trade reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycles, providing in-depth analysis of key performance drivers and supporting action plans to meet sales and contribution targets.
• Leverage data and insight to identify seasonal sales trends, monitor competitor activity, and track customer behaviour to maintain strong commercial awareness.
• Manage end-to-end campaign and promotional critical paths, ensuring visibility of upcoming initiatives and timely execution.
• Facilitate clear communication of product and trading strategies to digital marketing and optimisation teams.
• Support the coordination of evergreen and seasonal content to drive SEO performance, customer engagement, and conversion.
• Lead the process of enhancing product content, working cross-functionally to address and resolve any issues promptly to maximise trading potential.
• Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistant where applicable, providing ongoing support.
• Represent the Digital Trading function across the wider business, ensuring trading KPIs are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.

To be successful in this Assistant Digital Managerrole:

• Ideally having 2 years' experience + in digital marketing or ecommerce trading or online merchandising role.
• You must have experience in an e-commerce, digital, Retsil or B2C environment.
• Having valid working rights across EMEA countries
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting capabilities and keen attention to detail
• Fluent in French, Dutch, or German, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Content square, and advanced Excel functions
• Experienced in working with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Google Analytics.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently
