Job Description - Assistant Dispensary Business Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Synergy team as Assistant Dispensary Business Manager. You will work closely with the Dispensary Business Manager in the procurement of veterinary medicines and stock, inventory management, customer pricing, stock control and sales analysis.
Key responsibilities for the role will include: Assisting with the maintenance, analysis, and implementation of appropriate product pricing. Monitoring and implementation of client price profiles. Verifying manufacturer rebates. Sales data analysis, sales and procurement forecasting, stock taking and rectifying any stock error. The successful candidate will also liaise with pharmaceutical representatives and Wholesalers.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is highly organised with great attention to detail. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, be proficient in numeracy and excel and be a proactive team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a key requirement. Experience within the veterinary industry would be advantageous but not essential.
This is a full-time role based at our main site in Rampisham. We offer a Company Pension, on-site parking, medical insurance and a company bonus scheme.
