Your Role as an Early Childhood Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Plan and implement engaging learning activities that spark curiosity


• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for all children


• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues


• Encourage children’s independence, creativity, and problem-solving


• Support daily centre operations and learning objectives


• Assist with documentation and general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

✔ Cert 111 in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
✔ Experience working in an early childhood education setting
✔ Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
✔ Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✔ Full Australian working rights
