Assistant Estimator

Doufre Construction has been appointed by our client a leading Architectural Aluminium and Glazing contractor to source an Assistant Estimator to join their very experienced team.

Our client is known nationally and has worked on some very exciting projects over the years which will open excellent exposure to the successful Assistant Estimator chosen for this role.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Managing and producing tenders
  


• Performing take off’s from specifications, architectural drawings
  


• Liaise with bid and design teams
  


• Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
  


• Build relationships with main contractors and clients
  

Estimator Key Skills:

• Estimating background (Advantage)
  


• Knowledge of workplace fit out or joinery advantageous
  


• Construction background


• Confident personality and good presentation skills
  

This is an excellent opportunity for the chosen individual, with a salary of up to £35,000 Hybrid working and exposure to some very exciting projects and contractors.
