As an Assistant Family Practitioner, you will play a key role in helping children, young people and families achieve positive, lasting change. Working with families of children aged 0–19, you will provide early help and targeted support that builds on family strengths, promotes resilience and helps children thrive safely at home.
Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team, you will deliver one-to-one support, outreach appointments and evidence-based programmes, helping families identify goals, overcome challenges and access the right support at the right time. Through strong partnership working and a solution-focused approach, you will contribute to improving outcomes for families across your local community.
